Hadith 10:1319
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, that Hisham bin Hubayrah wrote to Shurayh asking him about a man who divorces his wife three times during his illness. Shurayh wrote back to him: "He is a fugitive from the Book of Allah; she shall inherit from him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا علي بن مسهر عن الشيباني أن هشام بن هبيرة كتب إلى شريح يسأله عن الرجل يطلق امرأته ثلاثا في مرضه فكتب إليه شريح إنه فار من كتاب الله ترثه
