Hadith 10:132
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Khalid, from al-Hakam, from Abu Sa'id, regarding the one who divorces his wife before he has consummated the marriage with her. He said: She is not lawful for him until she marries another husband.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن خالد عن الحكم عن أبي سعيد في الذي يطلق امرأته قبل أن يدخل بها فقال لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
