Hadith 10:1320
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan, from Layth, from Tawus, regarding the man who divorces his wife three times during his illness: He said: She inherits from him as long as she is in the waiting period (iddah).
