Hadith 10:1321
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hatim ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Hisham, he said: I asked 'Urwah about a man who divorces his wife irrevocably (al-battah): Do they inherit from one another, and does she have maintenance? He said: Neither of them inherits from the other, and she has no maintenance, unless she is pregnant, in which case he provides for her until she delivers, or if he divorces her to cause harm during his illness.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن هشام قال سألت عروة عن الرجل يطلق امرأته البتة أيرث أحدهما الآخر وهل لها نفقة فقال لا يرث احدهما الآخر ولا نفقة لها إلا أن تكون حبلى فينفق عليها حتى تضع أو يطلق مضارا في مرضه
