Hadith 10:1322
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Sa'id ibn Abi 'Aruba informed us, from Hisham, from his father, from 'A'isha, that she said regarding the woman divorced three times while he (the husband) is ill: She inherits from him as long as she is in the waiting period ('idda).
