Hadith 10:1324
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Harith, regarding a man who had a wife under him [married to him] with one remaining divorce [available to him], and he had divorced her twice before that, then he divorced her during his illness, and he died during the waiting period: He does not inherit from her, and she does not inherit from him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة عن الحارث في رجل كانت تحته امراة على تطليقة وقد كان طلقها قبل ذلك تطليقتين فيطلقها في مرضه فمات في العدة لا يرثها ولا ترثه
