Hadith 10:1325
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hatim ibn Wardan narrated to us, from Yunus, he said: Al-Hasan used to say: If a man said, "If I enter the house of the sons of so-and-so, then my wife is divorced," and then he forgets and enters it, or he enters it while he does not know, he [Al-Hasan] used to consider it like a covenant, unless he stipulated [a condition] by saying, "unless I forget."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حاتم بن وردان عن يونس قال كان الحسن يقول لو أن رجلا قال إن دخلت دار بني فلان فامرأتي طالق فينسى فيدخلها أو دخلها وهو لا يعلم قال كان يجعله مثل العهد إلا أن يشترط فيقول إلا أن أنسى
