Hadith 10:1328
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mubarak narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, and from Ma'mar, from Sa'id bin Abd al-Rahman, from Abd al-Aziz, that they both used to deem the divorce of the forgetful as binding.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا علي بن مبارك عن معمر عن الزهري وعن معمر عن سعيد بن عبد الرحمن عن عبد العزيز أنهما كانا يوجبان طلاق النسيان
