Hadith 10:1337
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Humayd, from al-Hasan, who said: A man came to him and said: "Indeed, my mother ordered me to marry, then she said to me afterwards: 'Divorce her.'" Al-Hasan said: "Indeed, divorcing your wife is not part of being dutiful to your mother in any way."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن حميد عن الحسن قال جاءه رجل فقال إن أمه امرته أن يتزوج ثم قالت له بعد طلقها فقال له الحسن إن طلاق امرأتك ليس من بر أمك في شيء
