Hadith 10:1338
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, from ‘Amr ibn Haram, from Jabir ibn Zayd, from Ibn ‘Abbas, regarding a man who had wives, then he divorced one of them, then he died, and it was not known which one of them he had divorced. He said: Ibn ‘Abbas said: "There reaches them of the divorce what reaches them of the inheritance."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن أبي بشر عن عمرو بن هرم عن جابر بن زيد عن بن عباس في رجل كن له نسوة فطلق إحداهن ثم مات لم يعلم أيتهن طلق قال فقال بن عباس ينالهن من الطلاق ما ينالهن من الميراث
