Hadith 10:1340
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Abu Ma’shar, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who had four wives, then he divorced one of them, but he did not know which one of them he had divorced. Then he married a fifth [woman], and then he died. He said: He completes for this one whom he married a quarter of the inheritance, and what remains is between these four.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم في رجل كن له أربع نسوة فطلق إحداهن لا يدري أيتهن طلق ثم تزوج خامسة ثم مات قال يكمل لهذه التي زوج ربع الميراث وما بقي بين هؤلاء الأربع
