Hadith 10:1344
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, from Mansur, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who said to his wife: "She is divorced if I do not marry [another woman] over her." He said: She is his wife until he marries [another woman]. If one of them dies, there is no inheritance between them.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن أبي بشر عن منصور عن الحسن في رجل قال لأمرأته هي طالق إن لم يتزوج عليها قال هي امراته حتى يتزوج فإن مات واحد منهما فلا ميراث بينهما
