Hadith 10:1345
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a man who swore that his wife is divorced if he does not whip his slave one hundred lashes. He said: She remains his wife until the slave dies.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن أشعث عن الشعبي في رجل حلف امرأته طالق إن لم يضرب غلامه مائة سوط قال هي امرأته حتى يموت الغلام
