Hadith 10:1347
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Hammad, regarding a man who said: "If she does not come to Basra, then his wife is divorced." He said: She did not come to it until she died, then he came to it after that. He said: He has no inheritance from her; his statement has only become clear now.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد في رجل قال إن لم يأت البصرة فامرأته طالق قال فلم يأتها حتى ماتت ثم أتاها بعد قال لا ميراث له منها أنما استبان حديثه الآن
