Hadith 10:1349
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Abu al-Ala, from Qatadah, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib and al-Hasan. They both said regarding a man who says to his wife: "If I do not marry another woman over you, and if I do not turn you out, then you are divorced." They said: He shall not approach her, and if they die before that, they shall not inherit from one another.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن يزيد عن أبي العلاء عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب والحسن قالا في الرجل يقول لأمرأته إن لم أتزوج عليها وإن لم أخرجك فأنت طالق قالا لا يقربها وأن ماتا قبل ذلك لم يتوارثا
