Hadith 10:1350
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hakam, regarding a man who said: "If I do not go out to Wasit, then my wife is divorced." He said: "He may have intercourse with her, and they do not inherit from one another." And Ibn Sirin said: "He shall not have intercourse with her until he does what he said."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معاذ بن معاذ عن اشعث عن الحكم في رجل قال إن لم أخرج إلى واسط فامرأته طالق قال يغشاها ولا يتوارثان وقال بن سيرين لا يغشاها حتى يفعل ما قال
