Hadith 10:1351
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: Shurayh said: Urwa al-Bariqi came to me from Umar regarding the one who divorces three times during his terminal illness: As long as she is in the waiting period, she does not inherit from him, and she must observe the waiting period of a woman whose husband has died.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال قال شريح أتاني عروة البارقي من عند عمر في المطلق ثلاثا في مرضه ما دامت في العدة لا يرثها وعليها عدة المتوفى عنها زوجها
