Hadith 10:1358
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from al-Hasan ibn Salih, from Ibn Abi Layla, he said: If he says, "My slave-girl is forbidden to me," he said: He must offer expiation for his oath and approach his slave-girl.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن الحسن بن صالح عن بن أبي ليلى قال إن قال أمته عليه حرام قال يكفر يمينه ويأتي أمته
