Hadith 10:1359
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from 'Ata' al-Khurasani, that a man divorced his wife, and three people testified against him, each man testifying in a place other than the place of his companion. 'Abdullah ibn Mawhab judged that it was one divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل بن عياش عن عطاء الخرساني أن رجلا طلق امرأته فشهد عليه ثلاثة نفر كل رجل يشهد في موطن غير موطن صاحبه فقضى عبد الله بن موهب أنها تطليقة
