Hadith 10:136
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, he said: Ubaydullah ibn Umar narrated to us, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, and from Muhammad ibn Iyas ibn Bukayr, from Abu Hurayrah, Ibn Abbas, and Aisha, regarding the man who divorces his wife three times before he has consummated the marriage with her. They said: She is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو أسامة قال نا عبيد الله بن عمر عن نافع عن بن عمر وعن محمد بن إياس بن بكير عن أبي هريرة وبن عباس وعائشة في الرجل يطلق امرأته ثلاثا قبل ان يدخل بها قالوا لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
