Hadith 10:1364
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to say: If a man marries off his daughter while she is young, and he sees fit to annul her marriage, then that is permissible for her. Yunus said: And others besides al-Hasan did not view that as permissible.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول إذا زوج الرجل ابنته وهي صغيرة فرأى أن يخلعها فذلك جائز عليها فقال يونس وكان غير الحسن لا يرى ذلك
