Hadith 10:1365
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Jabir, from Amir, from Shurayh, that a man initiated a khul' (divorce by ransom) for his daughter, but she was not pleased. He said: The divorce has taken effect, and her father is the guarantor for that which was offered as ransom.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شريك عن جابر عن عامر عن شريح أن رجلا خلع ابنته فلم ترض قال وقع عليها الطلاق وأبوها ضامن لما افتدى به
