Hadith 10:137
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Isma'il, from al-Sha'bi, from Ibn Ma'qil: Regarding a man who divorced his wife before he had consummated the marriage with her, he said: She is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا علي بن مسهر عن إسماعيل عن الشعبي عن بن معقل في رجل طلق امرأته قبل أن يدخل بها قال لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
