Hadith 10:1370
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from ‘Ata’, and from Ibn Salim, from al-Sha‘bi: That they both used to consider the divorce of the polytheist to be permissible.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن حجاج عن عطاء وعن بن سالم عن الشعبي أنهما كانا يريان طلاق الشرك جائزا
