Hadith 10:138
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who marries a woman and then divorces her three times before he has consummated the marriage with her. He said: If he said, "You are divorced three times" as a single statement, she is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him. And if he divorces her with consecutive divorces, it is likewise.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يتزوج المرأة فيطلقها ثلاثا قبل أن يدخل بها قال إن كان قال طالق ثلاثا كلمة واحدة لم تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره وإذا طلقها طلاقا متصلا فهو كذلك
