Hadith 10:1388
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Umm Dawud al-Wanisiyyah, that her husband died and left her pregnant. She disputed [the matter] before Shurayh, and he ruled that she should be provided for from the entire estate.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو خالد الأحمر عن أم [ داود الوانسية ] أن زوجها توفي وتركها حاملا فخاصمت إلى شريح فقضى أن ينفق عليها من جميع المال خمسة عشر
