Hadith 10:1395
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ya'la ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, from 'Ubaydah, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man divorces his wife, she is more entitled to her child as long as she does not marry or take him out of the land.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يعلى بن عبيد عن عبيدة عن إبراهيم قال إذا طلق الرجل امراته فهي أحق بولدها ما لم تتزوج أو تخرج به من الأرض
