Hadith 10:1398
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Mujalid, from al-Sha’bi, that Abu Bakr judged in favor of ‘Asim ibn ‘Umar for his mother. And he judged against ‘Umar regarding the maintenance.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن مجالد عن الشعبي أن أبابكر قضى بعاصم بن عمر لأمه وقضى على عمر بالنفقة
