Hadith 10:14
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from Ibrahim ibn Muhajir, from ‘Abdullah, who said: The Sunnah divorce is in the period of purity (tuhr) without sexual intercourse.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن حسن بن صالح عن إبراهيم بن مهاجر عن عبد الله قال طلاق السنة في قبل الطهر من غير جماع
