Hadith 10:140
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Asim, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a man who divorces his wife three times before he has consummated the marriage with her. He said: She is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن عاصم عن الشعبي في الرجل يطلق امرأته ثلاثا قبل أن يدخل بها قال لاتحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
