Hadith 10:1402
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ya'la ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, from Zakariyya, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a slave girl whose mother wanted to take her out of Kufa. He said: Her paternal relatives have more right to her than her mother if she leaves.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يعلى بن عبيد عن زكريا عن الشعبي في جارية أرادت أمها أن تخرج بها من الكوفة فقال عصبتها أحق بها من أمها إن خرجت
