Hadith 10:1404
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, who said: Shurayh gave a choice to an orphan boy and an orphan girl. The girl chose her masters, and the boy chose his paternal aunt, according to what he (the narrator) thinks, so Shurayh approved it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة قال خير شريح غلاما وجارية يتيمين فاختارت الجارية مواليها واختار الغلام عمته فيما يحسب فاجازه شريح
