Hadith 10:1409
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn 'Awn, from Ibn Sirin, that a man claimed the household goods. Four women came to Shurayh and testified. They said: "Give her the dowry," and they said: "Equip her," so he equipped her. He (Shurayh) judged against him regarding the goods and said: "Indeed, her bridal gift (aqr) is from your wealth."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل بن علية عن بن عون عن بن سيرين ان رجلا ادعى متاع البيت فجئن أربع نسوة إلى شريح فشهدن قلن ادفع إليها الصداق وقلن جهزها فجهزها فقضى عليه بالمتاع وقال إن عقرها من مالك
