Hadith 10:1411
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, he said: Whatever belonged to the men, it is for the men, and whatever belonged to the women, it is for the women. And whatever remains, it is for whoever establishes the evidence.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن أشعث عن الحسن قال ما كان للرجال فهو للرجال وما كان للنساء فهو للنساء وما بقي فهو لمن أقام البينة
