Hadith 10:1415
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il bin Salim, from al-Sha'bi, that he heard him saying: If a woman enters upon her husband and she has with her jewelry and goods, and she remains with her husband until she dies, then it is inheritance. And if her family provides evidence that it was a loan to her, unless they had informed that husband of that during her life before her death.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن إسماعيل بن سالم عن الشعبي أنه سمعه يقول إذا دخلت المرأة على زوجها ومعها حلي ومتاع فمكثت عند زوجها حتى يموت فهو ميراث وإن أقام أهلها البينة أنه كان عارية عندها إلا أن يكونوا قد أعلموا ذلك الزوج في حياتها قبل موتها
