Hadith 10:1416
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, he said: I heard an old man who had met Shurayh mentioning on the authority of Shurayh that he said regarding the household goods: Whatever is of weapons or the man’s goods, then it belongs to the man.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن سفيان عن يزيد بن أبي زياد قال سمعت شيخا كان أدرك شريحا يذكر عن شريح أنه قال في متاع البيت فما كان من سلاح أو متاع الرجل فهو للرجل
