Hadith 10:142
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hatim ibn Wardan narrated to us, from Makhul, regarding the one who divorces his wife before he has consummated the marriage with her: That she is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حاتم بن وردان عن مكحول فيمن طلق امرأته قبل أن يدخل بها إنها لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
