Hadith 10:1430
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad ibn al-Awwam narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, regarding this verse: "And upon the heir is the like of that." He said: A father dies and leaves behind a young child. If he has wealth, then his breastfeeding is from his wealth. And if he does not have wealth, then his breastfeeding is upon his agnatic heirs (asaba).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عباد بن العوام عن جويبر عن الضحاك في هذه الآية @QB@ وعلى الوارث مثل ذلك @QE@ قال الوالد يموت ويترك ولدا صغيرا فإن كان له مال فرضاعه في ماله وإن لم يكن له مال فرضاعه على عصبته
