Hadith 10:1437
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he was asked about a young boy who has a mother and a paternal uncle, and the mother is wealthy while the paternal uncle is poor. He said: The maintenance is upon the paternal uncle.
