Hadith 10:1438
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan, from Mutarrif, from Ismail, from Zayd ibn Thabit, who said: If there is a paternal uncle and a mother, then upon the mother is [a share] according to her inheritance, and upon the paternal uncle is [a share] according to his inheritance.
