Hadith 10:144
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatadah, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, Sa’id ibn Jubayr, and Humayd ibn Abd al-Rahman; they said: It is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب وسعيد بن جبير وحميد بن عبد الرحمن قالوا لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره
