Hadith 10:1447
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Khalid, from 'Ikrimah, who said regarding a man who accused his wife of adultery (qadhf) and she died before he could perform the imprecation (li'an) with her: If he declares himself a liar, he is flogged and he inherits from her. If he produces witnesses, he inherits. If he swears an oath, he does not inherit.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل بن علية عن خالد عن عكرمة قال في رجل قذف امرأته فماتت قبل أن يلاعنها قال إن كذب نفسه جلد وورثها وإن أقام شهودا ورث وإن حلف لم يرث
