Hadith 10:1449
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatadah, and from Isma’il ibn Ulayyah, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, regarding a man who accused his wife of adultery (qadhf) then she died. They both said: He inherits from her, and there is no invoking of curses (li’an) between them.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد عن قتادة [ و ] عن إسماعيل بن علية عن معمر عن الزهري في رجل قذف امرأته ثم ماتت [ قالا ] يرثها ولا ملاعنة بينهما
