Hadith 10:1465
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Ziyad al-A'lam, from al-Hasan, regarding a woman who found fault with a man's private part. He said: "You are thrice divorced if you have not found fault with it." Al-Hasan said: "If he is truthful, then she is his wife." And I heard Hammad saying: "He is to be believed regarding that."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو داود الطيالسي عن حماد بن سلمة عن زياد الأعلم عن الحسن في امرأة عيبت ضنك رجل فقال أنت طالق ثلاثا إن لم تكن عيبتها فقال الحسن إن كان صادقا فهي امرأته وسمعت حمادا يقول يدين في ذلك
