Hadith 10:1467
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad ibn al-Awwam narrated to us, from Zakariya, from al-Sha’bi, that he was asked about a man who divorced his wife in the presence of two men and a woman, then one of the men and the woman testified, while the other man was absent. He said: She is to be separated from him until the absent one comes.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عباد بن العوام عن زكريا عن الشعبي أنه سئل عن رجل طلق امرأته عند رجلين وامرأة فشهد أحد الرجلين والمرأة وغاب الآخر قال تعزل عنه حتى يجيء الغائب
