Hadith 10:147
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ayyash narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from al-Hakam, regarding a man who says to his wife: "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced." He said: She is separated by the first, and the other two are nothing. He said: I said, "Who says this?" He said: "Ali, Zayd, and others," meaning before he has consummated the marriage with her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن عياش عن مطرف عن الحكم في الرجل يقول لأمرأته أنت طالق أنت طالق أنت طالق قال بانت بالأولى والأخريان ليستا بشيء قال قلت من يقول هذا قال علي وزيد وغيرهما يعني قبل أن يدخل بها
