Hadith 10:1473
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, he said: A man was asked about a man who said to his wife, "If I have not given you such and such, then you are thrice divorced." He said: Sa’id narrated to us, from Qatadah, that he said: "If he has evidence, then [it is as he said], and if not, then she has become irrevocably separated from him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى قال سئل عن رجل قال لأمرأته إن لم أكن دفعت إليك كذاوكذا فأنت طالق ثلاثا قال فحدثنا سعيد عن قتادة أنه قال إن كانت له بينة وإلا فقد بانت منه
