Hadith 10:1474
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ya'la ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Sulayman, from 'Ata', regarding a woman whose husband said to her: "If I do not spend ten dirhams on you every month, then you are thrice divorced." The woman said: "Three months have passed and you have not spent anything on me." He said: "The statement is what the man says, unless the woman provides evidence that he did not spend on her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يعلى بن عبيد عن عبد الملك بن أبي سليمان عن عطاء في امرأة قال لها زوجها إن لم أنفق عليك عشرة دراهم كل شهر فأنت طالق ثلاثا فقالت المرأة قد مضت ثلاثة أشهر لم تنفق علي شيئا قال القول ما قال الرجل إلا أن تقيم المرأة البينة أنه لم ينفق عليها
