Hadith 10:1476
19200. Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said regarding a man who says to his wife, "I have khul'ed (divorced/released) you," while he had not [actually] khul'ed her: He said: He has khul'ed her, and there is nothing upon him.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال في الرجل يقول لأمرأته قد خلعتك ولم يكن خلعها قال قد خلعها ولا شيء عليه
