Hadith 10:1478
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, who said: If a woman has a nursing infant, she is more entitled to him, and she has the wage of nursing like her peers if she accepts it. If she does not accept it, a wet nurse is sought for him from other than her. If the infant accepts from other than her, then that is it. If he does not accept, she is compelled to nurse him, and she is given a wage like her peers.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن جويبر عن الضحاك قال إذاكان للمرأة صبي مرضع فهي أحق به ولها أجر الرضاع مثلها إن قبلته وإن لم تقبله استرضع له من غيرها إن قبل الصبي من غيرها فذلك وإن لم تقبل جبرت على رضاعه وأعطيت اجرا مثلها
